What you’ll do:
Master the Admin
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Lead
- Manage and structure our employee files and databases
- Take ownership of key recurring tasks like contract handling, document follow-up, and checklists
- Help shape and maintain our HR SharePoint & intranet pages
- Improve the structure and accessibility of HR info for all employees
- Support digitalization of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, leave, learning tools)
- Help refine and coordinate the onboarding experience
- Be part of employee engagement initiatives (team moments, feedback loops, internal comms...)
- Bring structure to training and development processes
