Field Sales Representative Retail - Central Flanders

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team and take charge of the retail landscape in central Flanders (Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant, Oost-Vlaanderen)

What You’ll Do:

As sales is done on the road, you will mainly spend your time actively visiting 40+ retail clients and prospects per week
Own your agenda – manage your territory, plan your visits, and prioritize like a pro
Drive turnover, product distribution, and impactful local activations
Build strong relationships with store teams, decision-makers, and regional partners
Hit targets and contribute directly to Gimber’s growth – this is a performance-based role

Your profile

A (young) professional in sales, business, or marketing
Holding a Master’s degree or able to show strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated, organized, and confident working independently
Fluent in Dutch, with a good understanding of English
Driven by results and deals
Eager to grow, and comfortable in a mobile, fast-paced environment
