As our new Online Sales Intern, you’re here to fuel the fire. You’ll contribute to our mission by supporting the GIMBER e‑commerce lead with both daily operational tasks and strategic digital projects. You help make our Shopify webshop and marketplace channels (Bol, Amazon, etc.) more efficient, scalable, and future‑proof by optimizing processes and integrating AI‑driven automation.
Your kick-ass responsibilities:
Operational & Repetitive Webshop Tasks
You bring structure, speed, and accuracy to our daily e-commerce workflows:
- Updating product data (pricing, descriptions, tags, variants)
- Uploading new products, images, and content
- Stock checks & synchronisation between Shopify and marketplaces
- Monitoring order flows and fulfilment status
- Quality checks on product pages (UX, copy, visuals)
Support on Strategic Projects
You contribute to projects that accelerate our growth:
- Optimising the Shopify customer journey (45+ target audience)
- Preparing roll-out of new countries or marketplace channels
- Setting up A/B tests to improve conversion
- SEO optimisation and keyword research
- Developing new promotions and landing pages
AI Automation & Webshop Optimisation
You help GIMBER work smarter and continuously improve performance:
- Automating repetitive tasks through AI agents or workflows
- Building AI flows for product descriptions, SEO content, and listings
- Testing and evaluating AI plugins for Shopify
- Supporting customer service with webshop-related questions
- Reporting errors, inconsistencies, and optimisation opportunities
- Preparing dashboards, KPI reports, and benchmarking competitors
- Documenting processes and advising on new AI opportunities
