As our new HR Intern, you’re here to fuel the fire. You’ll contribute to our mission by working at the heart of our growing team, gaining hands-on experience in both core HR fundamentals and change projects. Your kick-ass responsibilities:
Master the Admin
- Provide administrative support to the HR Lead
- Manage and structure our employee files and databases
- Take ownership of key recurring tasks like contract handling and document follow-up
- Help prepare presentations and internal reports
- Support ad hoc projects and day-to-day team needs
- Be part of employee engagement initiatives (team moments, feedback loops, internal communications...)
Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in a specific HR domain based on your interests, such as:
